HARTSVILLE, S.C. - Coker College used a goal in each of half en route to a 2-1 victory over visiting Pfeiffer University in Conference Carolinas men's soccer action on Saturday afternoon. The win pushes the Cobras to 8-1 overall, a perfect 5-0 in league play while the Falcons drop down to 1-8, 0-4.

Rommel Fondin put home Coker's first of the day unassisted just 5:53 into the match. That lead would hold through the half until Alan Cuevas tallied on the hour after an assist from Carlos Recinos. Pfeiffer jumped on the board in the 70th minute of play as Taylor Scalera found the back of the net after a cross by Niko Andrade.
