HICKORY, NC- The Pfeiffer baseball team (19-13) avenged an early season loss with an 11-4 victory over Lenoir-Rhyne (20-13) on Wednesday night.
Zac Chilton had a big night at the plate going 3-for-4 with two doubles, a solo blast to dead center field and three RBI's.

Cody McKenzie from second base. Pfeiffer scored two runs on three hits in the inning. The Bears answered with two runs of their own in the bottom of the first. The Falcons exploded for five runs in the top of the third inning, highlighted by a 3-run blast by

Perez has been on an absolute tear over his last nine games. The senior is hitting .382 (13-for-34) with 12 runs scored, four doubles, five home runs and 15 RBI's. Perez has hit a homer in each of his last three games and has nine RBI in his last four games.
Scudder had a three hit game driving in two runs and hitting two doubles.
Xavier Rodriguez drove in two runs and registered two hits, including a RBI triple in the top of the ninth inning. The Falcons pounded out 16 hits scoring 11 runs for the game.
Pfeiffer travels to Due West, SC on Friday for a three game series with No.3 Erskine. First pitch is scheduled for 2:30 p.m.
