Wilson, NC – The Pfeiffer University women's tennis team (2-6, 0-2 CC) dropped a 7-2 match to Barton College on Wednesday afternoon at the Barton Tennis Complex. With the victory, the Bulldogs improved to 4-4 on the season.

The Falcons trailed 3-0 after doubles play and received its lone singles wins at the No. 1 and 4 positions when Olivia Nelms (1) defeated Daria Avram 6-0, 6-2 and ShaNisha White beat Shauna Kelly 6-1, 6-0.

Pfeiffer's next match will be at home vs. Limestone on Saturday, March 11 at noon.
