Pfeiffer Men's Tennis Has No Trouble With Greensboro in 9-0 Wins
Greensboro, N.C. – The Pfeiffer University men's tennis team had no problem against Greensboro, as they swept two USA South matches by identical 9-0 scores on Wednesday afternoon.

THE BASICS
In match one, Pfeiffer dropped just four games, with the duo of Raul Ruiz and Tom Hubble winning their doubles match 8-2. Trey Speight and Ethan Elliot secured their No. 2 doubles match by an 8-0 count, as did Braxton Harris and Alex Taylor at No. 3
In singles matches, Raul Ruiz won his No. 2 match by a 6-1, 6-1 score. Pfeiffer then won the remaining singles matches, all by 6-0,-6-0 scores.
Match two saw the identical outcome, as the Falcons once again overwhelmed the host Pride. Pfeiffer only dropped three total games in the match on their way to the 9-0 win.
Eduan Louw took his No. 2 singles match by a 6-1, 6-0 count and the Hubble/Ruiz duo once again too their No. 1 doubles match by an 8-2 score.
Pfeiffer then rolled in the remaining singles matches, winning 6-0, 6-0 at Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 while the Nos. 2 and 3 doubles matches ended at 8-0.
BACK ON COURT
The Falcons will return to play on Friday, April 12 when they travel to William Peace for a 2:00 p.m. match.
