Pfeiffer Women's Tennis Too Much For William Peace
Misenheimer, N.C. (April 20, 2021) – The Pfeiffer University women's tennis team closed out the home portion of their 2021 spring schedule with a convincing 7-2 win over William Peace University on Tuesday afternoon at the Knapp Tennis Center.

THE BASICS
The Falcons won four of the five singles matches that were contested and won one of the contested doubles matches in the 7-2 win.
IN singles, Elithe Hudson won her No. 6 match in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0 over Kayla Lynch-McLain. Sydney Honeycutt also won her match at No. 4 by an identical, 6-0, 6-0 score.
Charlotte Craven took her match at No. 3 with a 7-5, 6-1 win over Tia Silva, while Anna Branson won the No. 1 match by a 6-1, 6-3 score.
In doubles, Darby Sherrill and Honeycutt won their No. 2 match by an 8-4 score.
BACK ON COURT
The Falcons will travel to Brevard College on Saturday, April 24 for their season finale. Match time is scheduled for 1:00 p.m.
