Atlanta, Ga. (Feb 11, 2024) – The Pfeiffer University women's lacrosse team dropped a nonconference game to host Oglethorpe on Sunday afternoon in Atlanta.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Oglethorpe scored the first three goals of the game before Pfeiffer's
Analise Robinson put the Falcons on the board with her third goal of the season at 12:03 of the first quarter.
The Stormy Petrals picked up three more goals before Robinson added another goal on a player-up opportunity, making the score 6-2.
Robinson would score two more times in the second quarter while senior
Julia Barbato notched her first goal of the season to provide the 11-5 halftime score.
Oglethorpe's defense then held Pfeiffer scoreless in the second half while scoring nine goals, eight of which were on player-up opportunities.

Robinson had four goals for the Falcons while Barbato finished with one score. Freshman
Cerys Reid provided her first career assist.

Jordan Pendergraft made 19 saves on the afternoon and led the Falcons with 14 ground balls. Fellow senior
Chloe Johnson led the Falcons with three draw controls on the afternoon.
