High Point, N.C. (April 5, 2025) - The Pfeiffer University women's track and field team took part in the VertKlasse Meeting hosted by High Point University at Vert Stadium on April 4-5.
 
Leading the way was freshman Mesiyah Howell, who posted a strong 200m time of 25.62 and 1:00.03 in the 400m race.
 
Katelyn Lentz posted marks of 1:02.92 in the 400m meters and 5:16.38 in 1500m race while freshman Ryan Germain posted a new collegiate best in the 1500m with a time of 5:13.70.  Germain also came back to race in the 400m, posting a time of 1:04.17.
 
Teammate Maddie Hladik rounded out the Falcon finishes, as she claimed 15th-place in the 5000m with a time of 19:31.26.

The Falcons will return to competition at the Dennis Craddock Invitational hosted by the University of Lynchburg on April 12 and 13th.
