MISENHEIMER, N.C. (March 16, 2026) — The women's lacrosse game between Pfeiffer University and Illinois Wesleyan, scheduled for Monday, March 16 has been canceled due to severe weather forecasted for the area, Pfeiffer has announced.

The decision to cancel was made out of caution for player and spectator safety, as well as to allow safe travel for Illinois Wesleyan to their next scheduled game.

The game will not be made up.
