Team shared or won either regular season or conference tournament championship each year.
 
Played third base in junior year for certain defensive situations.
Caught for the best pitching staff in the state of NC in 1964 and 1965.
It was the dream assignment as a player for Joe Ferebee, NC’s winningest baseball coach.

Played goalkeeper for legendary coach Nick Lefko.
Selected to the All-South Honorable Mention team in 1963.
Selected to the First-Team All-South in 1964.

Athletic Director - Ragsdale High School

Guilford County Athletic Director of the Year

High School football and baseball coach with career spanning 52 years.

Coached at some of the winningest NC high schools, including Reidsville HS, T.W. Andrews HS, and West Forsyth HS among others.
 
I was a part of four state championships in football.  Two at Reidsville, one at T.W. Andrews and one at Mt. Pleasant.
 
Selected as Honorary Coach of NC-SC Shrine Bowl in 2004

Mentored many young coaches and student-athletes
