In the 2002-03 season, he returned a 90.9% effort from the free throw line as he converted 80-of-88 attempts, which ranks him second all-time amongst Pfeiffer players.

Not just a scorer, Grier stands second on the Pfeiffer career books in assists, as he dished 627 assists during his phenomenal career.

His best season came during his junior season in 2003-04 when he scored 684 points and supplied 193 assists and had 127 rebounds.  That season he helped the Falcons to an NCAA Division II East Regional Title and an appearance in the NCAA Division II Elite Eight in Bakersfield, Cal.
