Kevin Iwanusa was named first-team All-Conference three times over his three-year career as a member of the Pfeiffer men’s lacrosse team.  He also went to earn All-America honors twice and led the nation in points with 109 in 1997.  While playing, the Falcons won the Deep South Conference Championship in 1997 and 1998.

He currently ranks as the all-time Pfeiffer record holder in single game points (15) single season points (109) and career assists (126). He also stands second all-time in single-game assists (9), single-season assists (57) and career points (249).

Following his playing career at Pfeiffer, he competed with the Charlotte Lacrosse Club and with the U.S. National Developmental Team. He also played two seasons professionally with the Charlotte Copperheads.

In addition, he has served as an assistant coach at the collegiate level and has acted as head coach at Weddington and Myers Park high schools, where he was named conference coach of the year in 2015.
