Greensboro, N.C. (April 10, 2021) – Greensboro College scored a goal in each half in winning the USA South East Division women's soccer title 2-0 over Pfeiffer University on Saturday at Pride Field in Greensboro, N.C.

How it Happenend
Second-seed and host Greensboro captured the USA South East Division title with a 2-0 victory over fourth-seeded Pfeiffer.
Greensboro opened the scoring with a goal in the 29th minute from Natalie Habich who curled the ball past the goalkeeper from 35-yards out. The Pride defense kept Pfeiffer without a first half shot and took a 1-0 lead into halftime. In the second half, Greensboro's Alexis Chase headed in a cross from Logan Schnabl giving the pride a two-goal lead in the 79th minute to secure the championship. In goal, Greensboro's Hannah Rice stopped both shots she faced to earn the shutout.
