SCAD Drops Pfeiffer Women's Lacrosse
Savannah, Ga. (Feb. 20, 2022) – The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) took a 21-1 win over Pfeiffer University in a nonconference women's lacrosse matchup on Saturday afternoon in Savannah, Ga.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Homestanding SCAD-Savannah took an 11-0 lead after the first quarter and led 16-0 at halftime. Pfeiffer senior
Alexis Murriel (Gastonia, N.C.) scored the lone goal for the Falcons at the 9:19 mark of the third quarter.
SCAD added four more goals in the fourth quarter to provide the eventual 21-1 final.

Pfeiffer managed just four shots on the afternoon, with Murriel accounting for three,
Julia Barbato (West Palm Beach, Fla.) registering a pair and senior
Tracy Torrez (Orlando, Fla.) finishing with one shot.
Murriel also led the Falcons with two caused turnovers and three ground balls in the loss.
Goalkeeper
Jordan Pendergraft (Apex, N.C.) made nine saves for the Falcons in 45 minutes of play.
