Pendergraft Has Career Day in Women's Lacrosse Game at Berry

Jordan Pendergraft had a career day between the pipes, but the Falcons would not be able to capitalize on her outing in a 13-3 women's lacrosse loss at Berry College on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Homestanding Berry College scored a pair of first quarter goals and added another pair in the second quarter to lead 4-0 at halftime. The Vikings then went on a tear in the third quarter, bolting to a 9-0 lead before back-to-back goals from
Analise Robinson (Winston-Salem, N.C.) at 8:13 and 4:51 of the third quarter brought Pfeiffer to 9-2. Berry added another goal in the third to lead 10-2 at the end of the quarter.
Berry opened the fourth quarter with two goals, the first on a player advantage opportunity to go up 11-2.
Sophomore
Julia Barbato (West Palm Beach, Fla.) scored on an assist from
Alexis Murriel (Gastonia, N.C.) for Pfeiffer's final goal of the afternoon at 1:34 making it 12-3. Berry added another goal in the waning seconds to provide the 13-3 final
