Pfeiffer Women's Lacrosse Falls at Meredith
Raleigh, N.C. (March 27, 2022) – The Meredith College women's lacrosse team used a nine goal first quarter en route to a 19-6 win over Pfeiffer University on Saturday afternoon in Raleigh.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Meredith jumped out to a 3-0 lead before Pfeiffer freshman
Analise Robinson (Winston-Salem, N.C.) put the Falcons on the board with a goal at the 8:00 mark on an assist from
Alexis Murriel (Gastonia, N.C.)..
Murriel would add back-to-back unassisted goals in the second quarter to pull the Falcons to 10-3. Murriel added three more goals, two of which came in the third quarter and one in the fourth quarter.
Inside the Box Score
Murriel finished with five of the Falcons' six goals on the afternoon by unleashing six shots. She also had five caused turnovers and four ground balls in addition to her one assist.
Robinson had one goal, one ground ball and one caused turnover against the Angels.
Sophomore goalkeeper
Jordan Pendergraft (Apex, N.C.) made 14 saves to up her career total to 180.
