Falcon to host 10 home matches

Pfeiffer Women's Soccer Unveils 2025 Schedule

MISENHEIMER, N.C. (June 24, 2025) - The Pfeiffer University women's soccer team has announced its 2025 schedule, featuring 10 home matches, five against USA South foes and a home date with an NCAA Division II program.

The season kicks off with a road exhibition match at Spartanburg Methodist on Aug. 19, followed by a home exhibition against Eastern Connecticut State on Aug. 23. The regular season begins on Aug. 29 with a home match with former USA South and current ODAC member Averett University at 5:00 p.m.

Pfeiffer's first road trip of the season is set for Sept. 6 at Piedmont.  Pfeiffer will then return home for two home matches against Bob Jones (Sept. 9) and against Division II Shaw University (Sept. 12).

A road match at Johnson & Wales (Sept. 17) is followed by a homecoming tilt against Carolina University on Saturday, Sept. 20.  The homecoming match is part of a doubleheader with the Pfeiffer men's team.

USA South play begins Sept. 23 with a home match against William Peace followed by a Sept. 27 match against rival Greensboro College.

The Falcons will then visit N.C. Wesleyan on Oct. 4 and then host Salem College on Oct. 7.

The Falcons will travel to Meredith (Oct. 11) and defending champion Methodist (Oct. 15), before returning home for three consecutive matches.  Pfeiffer will host Southern Virginia in the annual Breast Cancer Awareness match on Oct. 18, Warren Wilson (Oct. 21) and will celebrate Senior Day against Mary Baldwin on Oct. 25.

Pfeiffer will close the regular season with a road trip to Brevard on Oct. 29.

The USA South Tournament is scheduled to be played on campus sites on Nov. 1, Nov. 5 and Nov. 8.

Led by third-year head coach Acasio Roche, the Falcons are looking to make a strong rise in the USA South standings and return to postseason play.
